The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company in the execution of various campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be involved in content creation, email marketing and newsletter creation, and event support. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across multiple channels and will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, operations and sales teams. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote online & in person courses Manage email marketing platform, coordinate with operations to create course announcement emails, welcome email campaigns, and newsletters throughout the month. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with others on the creative team to produce high-quality visual content for use in email campaigns and other platforms Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. Create graphic designs for print, web designs Provide Event support

•booth design, deliverables, create digital funnels to collect names, provide print materials, t-shirt designs and other deliverables Collaborate with content creators and post blogs on website, create Newsletters and email marketing campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in HTML is a plus for managing website content updates. Strong understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance effectively. Experience with marketing automation platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation tasks. Knowledge of performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for marketing trends is essential. This job is heavily lifecycle management
