Job Description
Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and organization of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, focused on coordinating campaigns, building and deploying emails, maintaining marketing systems, and supporting event and website updates. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing team. This position works closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to help ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with overall marketing goals. This position is full-time, paid hourly, and non-exempt from overtime. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and has no direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities Email Marketing & Campaign Support Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, promotional sends, and event communications via Informz Assist with email quality assurance, including proofreading, link testing, formatting, and segmentation checks Maintain and organize email campaign calendars and workflows Coordinate campaign assets with internal teams Project & Task Coordination Track marketing projects,email requests, and campaign timelines within Monday.com boards Help ensure projects stay on schedule by coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups with stakeholders Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaign details, and recurring workflows Website & Digital Content Support Coordinate with internal teams to update website banners, promotional messaging, and featured content Assist with basic website content updates Help ensure consistency across email, website, social, and promotional messaging Data & List Management Maintain and clean email lists to support deliverability and audience accuracy Assist with segmentation, suppression lists, and database organization Monitor and report on basic campaign metrics and engagement performance Support marketing reporting and analytics preparation Event & Team Support Assist marketing team members on special projects, webinars, meetups, and member engagement initiatives Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department as needed Other Responsibilities Make an estimated 30 expired member outreach calls per week to help members renew their membership Job responsibilities and requirements may be modified at the company's discretion to meet changing business needs Skills and Experience Highly organized, dependable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable balancing creative and operational responsibilities Strong written and visual communication skills Hands-on or growing experience in email marketing, campaign coordination, digital content, and event support Eager to build a marketing career through cross-functional, hands-on experience Compensation This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a per hour compensation range of $26.50 to $29.00 or the equivalent of approximately $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The pay for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with internal and external pay equity.
