Marketing Coordinator Incisive Computing Solutions Minneapolis, MN Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications WordPress Canva Schedule creation Facebook Instagram Content calendars Layout design Full Job Description About Omni~View Omni~View is a vertical SaaS platform built for blue-collar operators managing large physical assets on the move. For over 20 years, we've served hardworking businesses through deep relationships, thoughtful innovation, and software designed to help our customers work smarter and live better. We are not a faceless software company — we know our customers, their operations, and often their families. In the past year alone, Omni~View grew over 50% as we invested heavily in product performance, customer-driven enhancements, and industry-first capabilities. Our growth is intentional, relationship-driven, and built on trust. We are a software company selling to a decidedly blue-collar customer base. Our users are dispatchers, yard managers, drivers, and owner-operators. They do not want buzzwords or a 40-slide deck. They want to know that the software works, that it was built by people who understand their business, and that someone will pick up the phone. That practical, plain-spoken credibility is the heart of our brand — and it is what you would be carrying into every channel. Role Overview We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional who wants meaningful, flexible part-time work — someone who can own the day-to-day production and distribution of our marketing content without needing a manager standing over them. This is not a strategy-only seat, and it is not a pure execution seat either. Leadership sets the direction; you turn that direction into a steady, well-branded drumbeat of email, social, web, and sales content that actually goes out on schedule. If you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a content calendar that never has a hole in it, you will like it here. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is able to take ideas and direction and move them in a meaningful matter to creation and distribution. What You'll Do Content creation Write and produce marketing content — emails, social posts, landing page copy, one-pagers, case studies, product announcements — using Claude as a drafting and ideation partner, with your judgment as the final filter. Design on-brand graphics, social creative, and simple layouts in Canva using our established brand kit. Turn dense product material — feature releases, product guides, customer stories — into content our operator audience will actually read. Distribution and channel management Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot; manage lists, segmentation, and templates. Run our Facebook and Instagram presence: plan the calendar, schedule posts, engage with comments and messages, and keep the feed consistent. Maintain and update our WordPress website — new pages, blog posts, product updates, landing pages, and general upkeep. Own a shared marketing calendar so campaigns, launches, trade shows, and seasonal pushes are planned ahead rather than scrambled. Brand consistency Apply the Omni~View brand — color, typography, voice, and logo usage — correctly and consistently across every channel and asset. Keep our template and asset library organized so anyone on the team can grab the right, current version. Flag anything off-brand or out of date, and fix it. Measurement Track the basics — email open and click rates, social engagement and follower growth, website traffic, form fills — and report simply on what is working and what is not. Bring one or two ideas per month for something we should try, stop, or do more of. Qualifications Two or more years in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or comparable role — agency or in-house. Genuinely self-motivated. This role is remote and part-time; nobody will be checking whether you are at your desk. Deadlines met and content shipped is the measure. Strong writer with a clean, direct style. You can write for a yard manager without talking down to them. A good eye for design and a low tolerance for sloppy, off-brand work. Organized enough to run a content calendar across several channels at once and keep it honest. Comfortable in a small company where the marketing department is you, leadership, and a shared set of goals — you will have real ownership and real autonomy.
Bonus:
experience marketing B2B software, or any exposure to construction, logistics, rental, trades, or other blue-collar industries. Compensation & Growth Path $25 - $35 per hour, depending on qualifications. 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility in your schedule. Listed as hybrid, but realistically about 99% remote. We ask that you be based in the Twin Cities metro so we can meet in person occasionally for planning, brand work, and team time. Room to grow. We are growing quickly and this seat is likely to expand in scope and hours for the right person. Why Join Omni~View Help market a product that genuinely improves customers' businesses and lives Work directly with leadership and influence company growth strategy Join a profitable, relationship-driven SaaS company with 20+ years of industry trust Be part of a team that grew 50% last year and continues to invest heavily in product innovation Help transition a founder-led growth motion into a scalable marketing engine
