This role works closely with internal teams, franchise partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required. At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience is preferred , ideally in the restaurant, tea, coffee, beverage, or alcoholic beverage industry . Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage marketing project timelines, campaign calendars, and project deliverables.
- Create marketing content, including newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Maintain website content and marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, vendors, and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing budgets and expenses to ensure effective resource management.
- Visit vendors, franchise locations, and Wushiland stores as needed to support marketing initiatives, ensure proper execution of campaigns, and gather feedback.
