Job Description

Marketing Coordinator Confidential Riverside, CA Job Details Part-time From $21 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Professional networking Customer communication Research Copy editing Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Are You Someone Who Just… Gets It? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who doesn't need to be told the same thing twice. You're the person who can hear an idea, understand what needs to happen, and run with it. You're naturally curious, highly organized, and motivated to get things done—not someone who waits for someone else to tell you what to do next. You like people. You're comfortable walking into a room full of people, talking with customers or salespeople, representing the company at an event, or jumping into a conversation with confidence. You can work independently, but you also enjoy being part of a team. And when you see something that could be better? You do something about it. What You'll Be Doing Create social media content that people actually want to read, watch, and share —not just posts that fill a calendar. Turn ideas into compelling captions, campaigns, emails, presentations, and other marketing content. Manage social media calendars and keep content moving without someone constantly checking in. Support email campaigns, promotions, events, trade shows, and sales initiatives. Attend events and trade shows where you'll interact with customers, prospects, and the sales team. Use AI tools to help research, brainstorm, and create content—but have the judgment to make it sound human, accurate, and on-brand. Keep projects, deadlines, marketing materials, and details organized. Proofread and double-check your work because details matter. Look at what's working and come up with ideas to make it better. Work closely with sales and marketing to turn ideas into action. Jump in, solve problems, and keep things moving when priorities change. You Might Be Our Person If... You hear it once and get it. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder. Give you the objective, and you figure out the path. You have urgency. You don't let things sit on your to-do list for three days when they could be done today. You're self-motivated. You see what needs to be done and take ownership. You're comfortable with people. You can confidently talk with customers, salespeople, vendors, and prospects—and you actually enjoy it. You have a sharp eye for detail. You catch the typo, the incorrect link, the missing detail, or the inconsistency before it goes out the door. You're creative—but practical. You can come up with a great idea and then actually execute it. You're adaptable. You understand that marketing doesn't always go according to plan. Priorities change, opportunities pop up, and you know how to pivot without losing momentum. You take pride in your work. You don't ask, "Is this good enough?" You ask, "How can I make this better?" This Is NOT the Job for You If... You need constant direction or frequent reminders. You prefer doing the same thing every day. You wait for someone else to solve problems. You're uncomfortable speaking with people or representing a company at events. You rush through work and miss important details. You have great ideas but struggle to turn them into action. What We're Looking For Marketing, communications, business, or related experience—or the ability to demonstrate that you can learn quickly and execute. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Comfort using social media and digital marketing tools. Confidence working with people. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A self-starter mindset and a genuine desire to get things done. The Bottom Line We're looking for someone who gets it, gets moving, and gets it done. If you're the person your team can give a goal to and trust that you'll figure out the rest, we want to meet you.
