Job Description
Position Summary Oasis HomeCare Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and outgoing Client Services & Community Outreach Coordinator to support both office operations and business development. This is a hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable assisting with day-to-day office responsibilities and representing Oasis in the community. The ideal candidate can step in as backup administrative support when needed while also developing relationships with senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, healthcare providers, and other potential referral sources. Key Responsibilities Office & Client Services Support Provide backup support for daily office operations. Assist with payroll and billing preparation and review. Answer phones and respond professionally to clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Assist with new client inquiries and intake. Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and administrative records. Provide coverage and administrative support when other office staff are unavailable. Community Outreach & Business Development Visit assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, physician offices, and other healthcare organizations throughout our service area. Develop and maintain relationships with social workers, discharge planners, case managers, activity directors, administrators, and other referral partners. Introduce Oasis HomeCare Services and educate community partners about our services. Identify opportunities for community involvement, including senior events, health fairs, educational programs, bingo sponsorships, and other activities. Help generate qualified leads and new client referrals. Maintain records of facility visits, contacts, follow-up activities, and referral opportunities. Represent Oasis professionally at community and networking events. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be: Professional, personable, and comfortable meeting new people. Highly organized and dependable. Confident working independently in the community. Comfortable making in-person introductions and developing professional relationships. Able to transition easily between administrative responsibilities and outside business development. Proficient with computers, email, scheduling, and general office applications. Familiarity with home care, senior living, or medical office operations is preferred. What Success Looks Like This position serves as an important backup resource for the Oasis office while also helping grow the agency's presence in the community. Success will be measured by reliable administrative support, consistent community outreach, strong referral relationships, effective follow-up, and ultimately the development of new client opportunities for Oasis HomeCare Services.
