This position is fully REMOTE! Applicants must reside in TEXAS . Weekly hours 20-40, depending on candidate availability and workload. 09/10/2026 Job Summary Under direct supervision of the Promotional Products & Sourcing Manger, this position is responsible for all duties that fall under the ASI department. This includes but is not limited to purchasing, product/vendor entry, new product research, ASI research and ordering, and both internal and external communication via email, phone, etc. Essential Job Functions Daily ordering of all outsourced and some blank items. Full understanding of the flow of art, purchasing, and vendor production. Monitoring all purchase orders for receiving, issues, balancing, shortage from vendors, changes on orders. Entering and updating all part numbers associated with internal database. Ordering and approving all ASI (outsourced) orders with vendors. Communicate with Sales Reps and CSR on issues, backorders, minimums, and all ASI related items. Communicate with receiving and warehouse daily on orders that are due and any issues. Perform end of month duties such has receiving in PO's, adding credit card receipts, etc. Answer emails from sales reps and customer service reps and assist them as needed. Assist in updating pricing with vendor price increases or new formulas. Other duties as assigned
