We are a small, family owned business with over 50+ years' experience. Our business specializes in buying and selling pre-owned industrial machinery, representing leading manufacturers of new equipment, brokering machinery for customers, and supporting clients throughout the purchasing and installation process. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to become an important part of a small, team-oriented company. Experience in our industry is not required, we are willing to train the right person. This is not a typical desk job! You'll have the opportunity to work with fascinating industrial equipment, interact with customers around the world, visit our large showroom and warehouse, and become part of a company with decades of experience in the machinery industry. Responsibilities Assist with email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact) Help maintain and update our company website Communicate with customers regarding ongoing orders and project status Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors Assist with customer inquiries and sales support Help organize marketing materials and online listings Support other team members with day-to-day business operations Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed
