The Marketing Coordinator will perform duties primarily related to the efficient and accurate maintenance and processing of client accounts.Job Scope:
This position requires employee to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while operating from the established direction and instruction of the VP of Marketing and agency manual. Daily decisions, required by this position, are typically made by following general company policy, insurance contract requirements, company underwriting guidelines, insurance laws (State or Federal), as well as independent decision making or judgment.Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Department and is responsible for assisting in daily office functions related to maintenance and processing of customer accounts. This position is a rewarding and exciting long-term opportunity to work with a fast-paced sales organization and to grow a career within the transportation insurance industry. In addition to administrative support, performs daily duties listed below:- Work with Marketing Manager on assigned Renewal accounts o Set up submissions, proposals, and finance contracts o Run MVRs o Complete IFTA and Loss Summaries o Complete company required applications o Online Rating Systems o Maintain records of existing clients
- Use Reliance sales tools and CRM to update renewal business life cycle
Job Requirements:
- Active resident state Commercial Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and people management skills
- Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
- Strong computer skills with various software including Microsoft Office, E-Mail, and Internet
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with others
