Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our Clarksville office. This position will play an important role in strengthening our firm's marketing presence, supporting business development and recruiting efforts, and helping our Clarksville and Brentwood offices stay connected with clients, business partners, and the community. We are looking for a creative, innovative, organized, highly motivated professional who is comfortable taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide variety of people, and representing our firm in a polished and professional manner. This is a varied, hands-on position that combines marketing, community outreach, recruiting, event coordination, communications, and administrative support. Marketing & Business Development Responsibilities Develop and coordinate marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, certificates, announcements, and other promotional materials. Create engaging content and manage the firm's presence across multiple social media platforms. Assist with maintaining and updating company websites and online marketing platforms. Coordinate email marketing, announcements, media releases, webinars, and other digital communications. Assist with video conferencing, virtual meetings, and webinar production. Prepare reports and track marketing and outreach activities. Coordinate promotional materials and maintain promotional stock. Represent the firm at trade shows, community events, networking events, and other professional functions. Develop and maintain professional relationships with affiliate businesses, community organizations, colleges, universities, and other business partners. Assist in planning, organizing, and hosting company events. Support recruiting initiatives, including college and university recruiting. Create, post, monitor, and manage job postings and candidate communications on educational and professional recruiting websites. Help maintain consistent firm branding and messaging across marketing and outreach platforms. Identify and utilize new marketing tools, methods, and opportunities that support the firm's continued growth. Administrative Responsibilities Throughout the year, this position will also provide administrative support to both offices, including: Answering and directing incoming calls using a multi-extension phone system. Maintaining professional phone etiquette and taking accurate, detailed messages. Communicating information and follow-up instructions clearly to staff, clients, and business partners. Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination. Providing administrative support to the admin team as needed. Managing multiple assignments and priorities while meeting deadlines. Working collaboratively with staff across both office locations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred . Equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, public relations, or a closely related field may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience creating layouts and marketing materials for advertising, email campaigns, newsletters, certificates, and other communications. Experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating engaging content. Proficiency with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Excel, Adobe programs, Zoom, email marketing systems, websites, and social media platforms. Knowledge of marketing tools, branding, communications, outreach, and business development practices. Experience with recruiting, including creating, posting, and managing job descriptions and candidate communications on online recruiting platforms. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and the ability to take accurate, detailed notes and messages. Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate professionally with clients, staff, business partners, community contacts, and potential candidates. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Highly self-motivated and innovative, dependable, and able to take initiative. Professional and polished appearance and demeanor. Ability to represent the firm positively at community, professional, recruiting, and networking events.
