Job Description

Expand our social media presence: creating content, scheduling posts, and growing engagement across platforms.
Proposal production:
Take the lead on drafting Letters of Interest, coordinating materials, and helping us put our best foot forward on every pursuit. Keep our website and marketing materials current and compelling, including writing and updating project profiles that showcase our portfolio.
Design marketing collateral:
brochures, presentations, and promotional materials that reflect our quality and character. Organize and maintain our project photo library so great images are up to date and easy to find and use. Photograph events and coordinated photography of our active project sites to build our library and visual story over time. Plan and coordinate company events and conference participation from start to finish. Maintain and update our CRM system, keeping client and contact records accurate and actionable. Keep staff resumes polished and updated to support proposals and qualifications packages. Manage our inventory of promotional materials and handle vendor relationships. What You Bring Organization is a must, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing momentum. Strong writing skills, communicating clearly, professionally, and with personality. Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization. Comfort with website content management systems and basic web updates. Basic graphic design ability (Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). A good eye and photography is a plus.

Pay:
$54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
