This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers to introduce AT&T fiber and wireless services, answer questions, and help them get set up with the right options. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, people-oriented, and interested in building experience in customer service, sales, and team leadership. Training is provided, and we promote from within. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Work with residents in local communities to introduce AT&T services Explain available internet and wireless options in a clear, simple way Help customers get started with new services, including account setup and scheduling Answer general questions and provide support throughout the process Keep track of daily activity and customer information Work with a team and leadership for ongoing guidance and development Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Representative Strong communication and people skills Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment Motivated, dependable, and able to stay organized Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interest in customer service, sales, or working with the public No prior experience required — training is provided
