Job Description

The role of the Property Marketing Coordinator is to support the Property Marketing team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for marketing. This role will be based in the Nashville, TN office.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal and external vendors to facilitate marketing projects Prepare marketing materials for vendors in a swift manner Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices Track project timelines and deliverables, communicating status updates with agents Analyze data and provide insights to marketing team to improve effectiveness Communicate frequently with finance team to ensure daily activities are falling within budget
Requirements:
