We are a growing firm that values innovation, professionalism, and a proactive approach to business. We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take full ownership of our social media presence and broader marketing efforts across all channels — traditional, digital, and social media.. Position Overview The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be the creative force behind our firm's social media presence and overall marketing strategy. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — we are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to completion. That means coming up with creative content ideas, planning, recording, editing, posting, and tracking performance across all social media platforms. In addition to social media, this role is responsible for overseeing digital marketing, SEO oversight, and coordinating with external vendors or agencies when applicable. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a creative environment, takes initiative, and can work independently to produce high-quality content consistently. Key Responsibilities Social Media Own the firm's social media presence from start to finish — ideation, planning, content creation, recording, editing, posting, and performance evaluation Develop and execute a creative social media strategy that grows our brand presence and engages our target audience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Record, edit, and produce professional and engaging video content including reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional content Develop and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic posting Monitor all social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely and professional manner Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and use data to continuously improve content strategy and results Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive Digital Marketing Oversee and manage the firm's digital marketing efforts including email marketing, paid advertising, and online presence Monitor and evaluate SEO performance and implement optimization strategies directly or provide strategic direction to external vendors when applicable Review digital marketing reports and analytics and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies Ensure the firm's website content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards Traditional Marketing Oversee and coordinate traditional marketing efforts including print materials, direct mail, sponsorships, and other outreach initiatives Develop and execute campaigns across all channels, independently or in collaboration with external partners where applicable Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all traditional and digital marketing materials Vendor & Agency Management Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and any external marketing vendors or agencies when applicable Provide clear direction, feedback, and approvals on all marketing deliverables Review and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement Manage marketing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time General Marketing Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and any external marketing vendors or agencies when applicable Provide clear direction, feedback, and approvals on all marketing deliverables Review and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement Manage marketing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time Qualifications & Requirements 4+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related marketing role Demonstrated end-to-end social media experience — from content ideation and planning to recording, editing, posting, and performance tracking Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality video and photo content for social media platforms Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices — hands-on SEO experience is a plus; ability to understand, evaluate, and provide direction is essential Experience managing or coordinating with external marketing agencies or vendors is a plus Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Portfolio or examples of previous social media content, video work, and marketing campaigns required Experience in professional services, finance, or accounting industry is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and firm-recognized holidays Professional and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established and reputable firm How to Apply Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio or links to previous social media content and marketing work for consideration.
