College Station, TX Job Details 20 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Bachelor's degree Vendor communication Cross-functional collaboration Full Job Description Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC) is seeking a warm, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to guide future residents through the exciting transition into their new home. This role blends exceptional customer service, project coordination, personalization selections, move-in planning, and hands-on marketing support. You will serve as a trusted point of contact from pre-move planning through post-move follow-up, helping residents navigate selections, timelines, vendors, closing details, and the many small touches that make a new residence feel like home. What You'll Do Guide personalization and residence planning Meet individually with future residents to review residence details, including finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing selections, and approved custom requests. Help residents make thoughtful finish and customization choices using established interior design templates. Maintain accurate personalization records, approvals, addendums, payments, schedules, and resident status updates. Lead weekly coordination calls with the design team and participate in construction walks to help ensure selections stay on track. Coordinate a smooth move-in experience Create and maintain a helpful Move-In Guide with vendor resources, timelines, and practical tips. Conduct home visits and provide personal support with rightsizing, space planning, utility transfers, and other move-related decisions. Coordinate moving-day logistics, including schedules, entrances, elevators, parking, protective padding, vendors, and furniture placement. Complete closing documents and coordinate pre-closing, resident, and final walkthroughs, including follow-up on outstanding work. Welcome new residents and their families, provide introductions and orientation, and follow up after move-in. Support marketing and sales Greet visitors and respond to marketing calls with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-through. Assist with marketing events, reports, direct-mail lists, model residences, tours, closing activities, and other department needs. Maintain current lead and prospect information and collaborate across departments to support occupancy and sales goals. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, interactive media, social media management, or a related field. One to two years of experience in marketing, communications, writing, project coordination, or a related area; online marketing or social media experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to compassionate customer service. Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple residents, vendors, decisions, documents, and deadlines at once. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus the ability to learn and stay current with new software. The ability to work independently, build confidence and trust, solve problems, and collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Project management or administrative support experience in a small-to-medium organization; nonprofit or senior living experience is a plus. Why MRC?
