About the Role The Marketing Assistant/Move-In Coordinator is responsible for performing comprehensive administrative support services for the office staff as well as facilitating the daily operations of the marketing office. Operate and administer Prospect Tracking System and distribute mailings to individuals on the Prospect Tracking The following duties are normal for this position. Manages and maintains weekly sales and occupancy reports Manages the move-in process for IL, AL, and MS including the final signing of settlement paperwork Coordinates make ready process for

once a move out has occurred in anticipation of a new resident Assists in organizing customization for new Members and Residents Prepares email blasts for distribution to leads and prospects Organize, coordinate and assist in planning of special events, including weekend events Order office supplies, postage, petty cash and other supply inventory Greet visitors, answer and direct telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner Prepare, collate and distribute all correspondence/materials deemed appropriate by sales staff Manages and tracks parking assignments in the garage Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position.
