full-time A top law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support a dynamic marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to develop experience in marketing, events, client outreach, and business development within a fast-paced environment. Working closely with marketing leadership, this role supports a variety of initiatives, including event coordination, database management, marketing communications, business development projects, and day-to-day departmental operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for webinars, educational programs, networking events, conferences, and other client-facing programs. Support sponsorships and external event participation by managing materials, deadlines, and related logistics. Maintain and update client and contact information within the organization's CRM platform. Assist with the distribution of marketing communications, including invitations, newsletters, alerts, and other client-facing materials. Support website content updates, profile maintenance, document formatting, and general marketing operations. Provide administrative support for business development efforts, including proposals, research, tracking activities, and project coordination. Schedule meetings, coordinate vendor communications, and assist with departmental initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, events, or administrative support, ideally within a professional services setting. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, and related marketing technologies is a plus. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
