Senior Independent Living is a 69-unit senior living residential complex that offers amenities such as social activities, plated dinner meals in on-site dining room, and concierge transportation service, but not clinical care. Our residents are independent but prefer the convenience and security offered by living at Branchlands. The

MARKETING COORDINATOR

will report directly to our Director of Business Development who oversees all marketing and admission activities for Branchlands as well as Linden House Assisted Living...both located on the same campus. The position helps to ensure that budgeted occupancy targets are met by generating referrals, conducting facility tours, handling closing activities for resident move-ins, and assisting with development and execution of internal and external marketing activities. Strong computer skills required with intermediate Excel skill level and familiarity with vendor application systems. Must enjoy working with senior citizen clientele and be a team player. Senior care or healthcare admissions experience highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills needed as well as energetic, professional, and courteous demeanor.
