An Event Promotions Marketing Associate plans and organizes event based marketing promotions for business products or services. Organizes events or event-based campaigns that reach targeted audiences directly, in person or online. Assists with planning, publicity and logistics for promotional events.

Your mission is to create an outstanding, memorable guest experience by welcoming guests, managing games, and promoting everything Flatstick has to offer. You'll guide customers through our unique games — like mini golf and Duffleboard — keep the courses running smoothly, and share your knowledge of our craft beer list, weekly events, and membership programs. You are part host, part guide, and part salesperson — dedicated to ensuring every visit is an exceptional one.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Sales:
Greet all guests with warmth and energy Sell and assist with game purchases (mini golf, Duffleboard, etc.) Answer guest questions with enthusiasm and accuracy
Game & Course Management:
Keep courses clean, organized, and safe Manage pace of play and address issues as they arise Restock and organize equipment (putters, balls, etc.)
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
Be an expert on all Flatstick offerings, including: Rotating craft beer list and full bar Weekly events (Leagues, Bingo, Trivia, Tournaments) Happy hour specials Players Club & Beer Club memberships Group events & party packages
Operational Support:
Assist with beverage orders as needed Work with bartenders and management to deliver a seamless guest experience Help with other tasks that keep the pub running smoothly
Problem Resolution:
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Escalate to management when necessary Qualifications & Skills Passion for excellent customer service — friendly, approachable, and energetic Clear verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail Sales experience or interest in promoting and upselling products Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Working Conditions Standing and walking for long periods Fast-paced, lively pub environment Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
