Essential Job Functions:

Greet every guest and team member with a warm, welcoming attitude and help create a five-star experience from start to finish Identify guest needs through conversation and recommend products that align with their preferences Handle day-to-day retail operations, including following the Aveda Service Wheel for a consistent elevated experience Schedule appointments and check out guests accurately using our Zenoti system Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services, including pricing, timing, and key benefits Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

Previous retail and guest service experience Beauty industry experience preferred Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings
