About the Role Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote City's products, services, and brand. Coordinates marketing projects, collaborates with internal departments and external vendors, administers the Bank's purchasing system, and monitors campaign performance to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Bank standards. What You'll Do Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality expectations are met Collaborate with internal departments and Marketing team members to develop project plans, schedules, and implementation strategies Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, direct mail, signage, promotional items, and other collateral Manage relationships with external vendors by obtaining quotes, coordinating production schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and budget expectations are achieved Administer the Bank's purchasing system, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, purchasing records, and designated office supply inventory Track marketing campaign performance and assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, vendor files, purchasing records, invoices, and other department documentation Assist with departmental budget tracking by monitoring project expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments Ensure marketing activities comply with Bank policies, brand standards, and established procedures Support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department and other projects as assigned What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, purchasing, or a related field preferred Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with external vendors preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize competing projects and consistently meet deadlines Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify meaningful trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn marketing, purchasing, project management, and reporting systems H ow You'll Succeed Deliver organized, accurate, and timely support for marketing initiatives and department projects Build strong working relationships with internal partners, vendors, and external service providers Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Exercise sound judgment when coordinating projects, purchasing activities, and vendor relationships Be a proactive learner-take initiative to build your knowledge, skills and confidence Deliver reliable, responsive internal support to bank partners Work Environment Office-based role in a professional, collaborative setting Frequent interaction with internal departments, vendors, and external partners Fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Accommodations available to support individual needs Why We Think You'll Like It Here Healthy culture Opportunities for professional growth Community-focused About City City National Bank is nationally recognized for customer service and financial performance, with a focus on supporting its local communities.
