Job Description
Multi-Unit Managers are responsible for managing and leading a network of locations inclusive of building a respectful and positive culture. They ensure each location and the network exceeds all sales, service, and profitability goals. They lead the resourcing and development of people and ensure that the Brand and our business are represented according to our vision and values. Responsibilities Include Team Environment Create succession plans then execute them to ensure people stability Manage employee files in compliance with all requirements
- Communicate accurately and effectively in all directions using various mediums
- Create a culture of accountability, respect, and drive for results Execute organizational training and talent development plans Operational Excellence Meet Overall Satisfaction scores and lead a guest first culture in network Ensure training is effective and all Brand and local standards are met
- Manage network labor to budget ensuring service and sales goals are met
- Manage network food costs to budget meeting service and sales goals Ensure network meets minimum expectations on all assessments and lead the completion of plans to close all gaps in a timely manner Profitability Ensure restaurants manage costs to budget also meeting all standards
- Ensure each restaurant manages cash and banking procedures to standard

Qualifications:
Fluent reading and writing in English Competent with Windows and Office Profit and Loss management Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to multiple locations daily 5 years restaurant management experience 3 years multi-unit management experienceFood Safety Certification Competencies:
