Job Description

Quality Care Manager / Business Development Representative As Close As Family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Quality Care Manager / Business Development Representative to join our team. This position combines quality care oversight, client assessments, community relationship building, and business development to help ensure that individuals receive the services and support they need to remain safely and comfortably at home. The ideal candidate will share our vision of serving others and be committed to our core values of honesty, compassion, and reliability. Position Summary The Quality Care Manager will develop and foster relationships with community partners, conduct in-person client evaluations, assist in determining appropriate care plans, and identify opportunities for continued growth within assigned territories. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to develop and implement growth strategies that promote both business development and quality care. This position requires frequent travel throughout the following counties: St. Clair Calhoun Talladega Clay Randolph Coosa Tallapoosa Chambers Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current IRS rate of $0.76 per mile. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, healthcare professionals, veteran-serving organizations, and other community resources. Represent As Close As Family in a professional and positive manner throughout the assigned territory. Conduct in-person evaluations to determine client needs and assist with developing appropriate care plans. Collaborate with clients, families, referral partners, and internal team members to support quality service delivery. Monitor client needs and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate members of the care team. Identify new business opportunities, referral sources, and partnerships within assigned counties. Work with the Vice President of Operations to develop and implement territory-specific growth strategies. Support outreach, networking, community events, presentations, and other business development activities. Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up records, evaluation information, and partnership contacts. Help ensure that services are aligned with client needs and the organization's standards for quality care. Manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Must share our commitment to serving others and upholding the core values of honesty, compassion, and reliability. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the assigned territory. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn and use electronic systems. Professional appearance and conduct. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance. Previous experience in healthcare, home care, case management, sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development is preferred.
