We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Territory Manager to help us continue growing throughout the Arizona Valley. Bell provides schools with more than just photography. We also offer school apparel and other products and services designed to meet the needs of schools, students, and families. This is an opportunity for someone who wants freedom, responsibility, and the opportunity to build something of their own . You will not be handed an established book of business. You will build your territory from the ground up, develop relationships with schools, earn new business, and then maintain the accounts you earn. You don't need photography or apparel industry experience. We will teach you everything you need to know about our business. The Position As an Arizona Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own territory throughout the Valley. This is both a sales and relationship-management position . You will spend your time developing relationships with schools, finding new opportunities, introducing schools to Bell's photography and apparel services, following up with prospects, maintaining the accounts you earn, and helping Bell continue to grow throughout Arizona. You will have a high level of independence. We don't believe in micromanaging our sales team. We give our Territory Managers the tools, training, and support they need and then allow them to run their territory and manage their business . What You'll Do Develop new school accounts throughout the Arizona Valley Introduce schools to Bell's school photography and apparel programs Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and staff Visit schools regularly and develop long-term relationships Make sales calls, emails, and in-person visits Identify potential new school accounts and business opportunities Present Bell's photography, apparel, and other school services to prospective clients Set appointments and meet with school decision-makers Follow up consistently with prospective and current clients Manage and grow the accounts you personally bring to Bell Look for opportunities to expand the services Bell provides to existing accounts Attend school and sports events when needed Assist with customer service and account needs Work with other Territory Managers to support the overall Bell sales team Assist with photography operations and learn the school photography process Learn the ins and outs of the school photography and apparel business through Bell's training and hands-on experience Help Bell continue expanding throughout the Arizona market What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and driven Comfortable working independently Outgoing and personable A strong communicator Persistent and not easily discouraged by rejection Organized and able to manage their own schedule Relationship-oriented Competitive and motivated by results Comfortable walking into a school and introducing themselves Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations Willing to learn and take ownership of their territory A team player who is willing to help other Territory Managers when needed Sales experience is not required. The right attitude, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important to us than previous sales experience.
