Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Drive membership growth: Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to attract and convert new club members Oversee financial performance: Manage the membership sales budget and ensure financial goals are met through effective forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation Develop long-term strategy: Create and implement strategic plans to maximize member acquisition and retention in alignment with club goals Manage the full sales process: Respond to inquiries, nurture leads, and guide prospective members through the application and onboarding process Lead marketing and brand presence: Oversee the creation of sales collateral, prospecting events, and the club's digital presence in partnership with resort marketing Leverage data to inform decisions: Maintain and analyze membership databases, demographic trends, and business intelligence to refine targeting, pricing, and growth strategies Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
