Job Description

Position Overview:

The primary function of the Showroom Sales Manager will involve managing and providing leadership and direction to the Showroom Sales Reps. and driving company sales, while ensuring TSDC's core values are upheld.

8684 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232 This role is in-person

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and developing your book of business with Interior Designers, Remodelers/Homebuilders, etc. Actively participate in industry events, tradeshows, and association activities (ASID, IIDA, etc.) Collaborate with local vendors by planning and hosting showroom tours/events for industry trade to drive sales (At least once a month) Oversee the day-to-day activities and ensure compliance of procedures and operating processes Demonstrate ability to be a consistent seller

•lead by example and be a top performer in personal sales Develop strategic sales strategies for key accounts to maximize sales opportunities Create daily/weekly schedules to ensure the team remains on task with follow ups and finalizing order Develop and nurture a customer-centric culture among your team Provide training, support and motivation to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Optimize processes to make the showroom run more efficiently and smoothly Maintain showroom integrity

•making sure the showrooms are presentable with up-to-date equipment Review of monthly / quarterly sales goals versus actual and complete performance reviews

Qualifications:

2+ years of showroom sales management experience 4+ years of sales experience Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to develop new business by cold calling/networking Driven to meet and exceed sales goals A solution-minded problem solver with the ability to think on your feet Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools Innovative, positive, proactive team player

Current and Valid Driver's License Education/Licenses:
High School Diploma:

Associates preferred BA

$60-65k (Based on experience)

Commission:
