What It's Like to Be a Business Relationship Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union As a Business Relationship Manager, you will drive organic growth through proactive, field-based business development. You will focus on acquiring new business relationships, generating accounts, and expanding core business deposits by building strong financial connections with prospective and existing members. This highly outbound role will have you spending much of your time outside the branch networking, cold calling, attending community events, delivering on-site presentations, and leveraging referrals to support SkyOne's Service and Sales Model. You will also partner closely with internal teams to create a seamless onboarding experience and deliver exceptional service to business members. While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, it plays a vital part in strengthening business relationships and helping members achieve their financial goals.
