Nature's Mark is vertically integrated, with factories in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and a well-equipped showroom and warehouse in Southern California. We cater to over 30 national retailers, including industry leaders such as Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Lowe's, Walgreens, and Cracker Barrel, among many others. In addition to our strong retail partnerships, we hold licensing agreements with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Disney, Warner Bros, Paramount, Peanuts, Sanrio, Coca-Cola, and Rudolph. These partnerships allow us to bring beloved characters and stories to life through unique seasonal and home décor collections. Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new Outdoor Living Division . This is a high-visibility role with a clear path into senior management as the division expands. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across new product categories and departments within our established retail channels, while also collaborating with product development and sourcing teams to create innovative offerings. This position requires both domestic and international travel, including 2-3 extended trips to China each year (approximately 3-4 weeks at a time). During these trips, all accommodations, transportation, and meals will be fully covered by the company. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth in the new Outdoor Living Division , leveraging established retailer relationships to expand into new categories and departments. Collaborate with product design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to align sales strategies with product development. Lead sales meetings and presentations at company showrooms (U.S. and China) and at customer locations. Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to major retailers. Build strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners, understanding their needs and aligning product strategies accordingly. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities in outdoor living, outdoor furniture, and seasonal categories. Work closely with executive leadership to develop division strategy and roadmap. Take on a leadership role in the future by building and managing a dedicated sales team as the division grows. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or trading companyworking with major U.S. retailers. Strong track record of business development and sales growth. Experience in outdoor seasonal, outdoor living, outdoor cooking, or outdoor furniture industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with large U.S. retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Lowe's, Target, Home Depot, etc.) is a strong plus. Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred, but not required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate across product development, merchandising, and sourcing functions. Comfortable with frequent travel, including extended international trips.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Starting at $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Commission:
Based on new business growth and division performance

Performance-based bonus paid annually
