This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a business development professional with strong commercial construction experience, especially in tenant improvement, client relations, and new account development. This role offers a positive, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, a strong reputation for quality work, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships in the commercial construction space. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within commercial construction and tenant improvement markets. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, architects, designers, and other referral sources. Identify prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and support the sales process from initial contact through project handoff. Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, industry functions, and market outreach activities. Partner with internal estimating, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with construction solutions. Track business development activity, pipeline progress, and market opportunities to support revenue growth. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Salary range:
