Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, plumbing companies, contractors, property managers, insurance professionals, HOAs, facilities professionals, and other potential referral partners. Manage and strengthen existing company accounts and referral relationships. Identify prospective accounts and develop strategies for converting them into active referral partners. Conduct in-person meetings, office visits, lunches, presentations, networking events, and other relationship-building activities. Represent Blue Dolphin Restoration professionally within the local restoration, construction, insurance, and property-management communities. Coordinate with operations and management to ensure referral partners receive a high level of communication and service. Help identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for company growth. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or relationship-based sales. Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships that generate measurable business. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills. Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, account representatives, property managers, contractors, and other decision-makers. Self-motivated and capable of independently managing a territory, relationships, and business-development pipeline. Organized and comfortable using CRM and other business-management systems.
