Chevrolet of Montebello has an immediate opening for an Automotive BDC / Internet Sales Director with Vin Solutions CRM experience. We are seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, organized, personable, hard-working Automotive BDC / Internet Sales Director with a verifiable track record, great people skills and high CSI. Additional duties include, but may not be limited to: 5+ years automotive BDC or Internet Sales leadership experience. Proven track record managing high-volume lead operations. Experience with automotive CRM systems (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Advanced reporting and analytical capabilities. Chevrolet or General Motors dealership experience preferred. Multi-rooftop leadership experience. Experience with digital retailing platforms. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We are family owned and operated.
