This is a leadership and sales-focused management role responsible for the day-to-day performance of the center, including team leadership, family experience, enrollment, and center operations. You will take meaningful ownership of your center. This includes developing employees, building relationships with families, driving enrollment, and maintaining strong overall performance. We are looking for someone who is growth-minded, organized, accountable, results-oriented, and composed under pressure. Strong candidates can balance competing priorities, make good decisions, follow through on commitments, and maintain a positive and professional presence. What You'll Own Sales & Growth Lead consultations with prospective families and clearly communicate the value of Mathnasium. Build relationships, understand family needs, address objections, and confidently ask for their business. Consistently follow up with prospective customers. Work toward enrollment, revenue, retention, and lead-conversion goals. Identify opportunities to strengthen the center's local presence. Team Leadership Lead, coach, motivate, and develop your team. Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for strong performance. Provide regular feedback, recognition, coaching, and direction. Create a positive, professional work environment while maintaining high standards. Address performance and staffing challenges promptly and constructively. Parent & Student Experience Build strong relationships with students and families. Communicate with parents confidently, positively, and professionally. Handle questions, concerns, and difficult conversations calmly and effectively. Keep families informed and connected to their child's progress. Maintain a welcoming environment where students feel supported and motivated. Center Operations & Execution Take ownership of the center's daily operations and performance. Prioritize effectively when multiple responsibilities require attention. Complete administrative responsibilities, projects, and follow-ups accurately and on time. Stay organized and ensure important responsibilities do not fall through the cracks. Respond effectively to customer, staffing, and center-level challenges. Review performance and take action when results are not meeting expectations. What Success Looks Like Our strongest

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of management and/or sales experience A working knowledge of elementary and middle school mathematics and the ability to confidently discuss core math concepts Availability to work 11:00 AM-7:30 PM , with occasional weekend availability as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous professional experience in education is not required .
