Job Description:
We are seeking a driven, high-energy Beverage Sales Manager to fuel our growth. This role combines on-site office hours at our headquarters with flexible event scheduling. You will lead client consultations, design custom drink programs, secure event bookings, and hit commissionable goals. We need a leader with deep industry knowledge and a hustle mentality to help scale our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue:
Convert inbound inquiries and hit performance targets to unlock commission goals
Curate Programs:
Design trending cocktail menus tailored to client preferences, themes, and seasonal shifts
Manage Logistics:
Work dedicated office hours at our location to handle quotes, client communication, and planning
Build Teams:
Recruit, train, and mentor a growing bar and event staff
Execute Events:
Oversee regional venue logistics and maintain strict quality control for high-profile bookings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills throughout their event planning process Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels for alcohol and bar-related supplies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Requirements:
Credentials:
Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
Certification:
Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required &
California Food Handler Certification Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hospitality, high-volume bar management, or beverage sales experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and move up to 45 lbs (cases of alcohol, ice, event gear)
Flexible Availability:
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, and some holidays to match the event industry rhythm
