Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Prepare and process shipping documents for export/import transactions Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to ensure the availability of commodities and raw materials Manage inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment in coordination with logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing teams Maintain and update inventory and materials movement records in the database/ERP system Process all procedures of purchase, sales and expenses Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventories Monitor and manage credit limits for buyers, ensuring compliance with company policies Assist in monthly closing activities Perform other related work as assigned Travel up to 1-3 times a year Qualifications Bilingual in English and Korean 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP ECC 6.0) is preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.- NO C2C
