$70,000 - $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission Who Are We? Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person visits to contractors, end users, consultants, and commercial customers Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend HVACR products and solutions Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and follow up on opportunities Manage and grow an active sales pipeline Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and project execution Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Represent the company professionally within the market and at industry events What Do You Bring? Previous outside sales experience ideally within HVAC, HVACR, mechanical, industrial, building products, or related industries Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development and prospecting Comfortable with cold calling, drop-ins, networking, and building relationships from the ground up Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Technical aptitude and ability to learn HVACR systems and solutions Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the territory CRM experience is considered an asset Desire to grow professionally within a stable and expanding organization #MT2
