Key Responsibilities Generate new sales and develop customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities in electrical, construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Understand customer requirements and develop panel concepts. Prepare estimates, quotations, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate with engineering, production, shipping, and accounting teams. Manage projects from initial inquiry to final customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and procurement teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer requirements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in electrical panel or switchboard manufacturing/installation. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of electrical panel assembly and switchgear. Knowledge of UL standards and NEC requirements. Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks preferred. Strong communication, sales, estimating, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
