Job Description
ELITE Remodels, a luxury remodeling and design firm serving Santa Barbara, Montecito, and the Santa Ynez Valley, is hiring a Partnerships & Community Manager to build our referral network and manage community and client relationships. About the Role You will own business development through professional referral partnerships — building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and wealth managers whose clients need remodeling services. You will also manage client outreach, review generation, events, and vendor relationships. This role splits between in-person relationship building across the Santa Barbara area and running the outreach and follow-up systems that keep those relationships active. Responsibilities Build and manage a referral network of real estate, lending, and financial services professionals Plan and represent ELITE at partner mixers, open houses, and industry events Run email and outreach campaigns to past clients for reviews, referrals, and repeat business Maintain and coordinate vendor and trade-partner relationships Manage your own outreach pipeline, calendar, and follow-up systems Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or community relations Strong in-person networking and relationship management skills Excellent organization and follow-through; able to work independently Experience with CRM and email outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly) Located in or near Santa Barbara, CA with reliable ability to travel locally throughout the region Preferred Existing network in local real estate, lending, or financial services Experience in home services, construction, design, or luxury brands Event planning experience
