We are seeking one highly motivated individual to manage our front-of-house operations along side our existing sales management team.

Our future manager must:

Have open availability Be punctual Be able to work weekends and Holidays Have at least 2 years prior management experience and customer service experience (preferably in the food industry or a restaurant) Be a leader and team player but also have the ability to delegate Have the ability to give and receive constructive criticism Be willing to work overtime occasionally or as needed Conduct themselves in such a way at work that sets a good example for the rest of the team Be honest Be organized and able to prioritize Be friendly and have a good attitude Management responsibilities include but are not limited to: Filling out production to ensure we have product to sell Checking orders of fellow managers and clerks for accuracy Ordering food/packaging products from our suppliers Closing and counting tills with accuracy Assisting clerks with pricing and information to help their customers Disciplining/issuing write ups when necessary Following proper opening/closing procedures to ensure everyone's safety Helping train new-hires Giving above and beyond customer service Keep an up to date Food Handlers Certification Being able to perform all duties of a sales clerk in order to assist/train them and to jump in and lend a hand when needed. The previously stated sales clerk duties include: Assisting customer with purchases and placing orders Operating a cash register and counting back change Helping keep FOH clean & sanitized Refilling product Answering phones Being able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs Constant multitasking Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Basic computer skills required for entering orders and using registers Packaging product accurately Helping put product out before opening and cleaning & shutting everything down after closing More Employees do receive an employee discount, special perk on their birthday, and random surprise perks throughout the year. This full-time position would also receive health benefits after the probation period has ended and annual paid vacation. There are performance based yearly raises. Pay is negotiable depending on management and bakery experience.
