GlamTouch is growing, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated, and energetic salespeople to join our teams at Park Meadows Mall and Aurora Town Center. We specialize in stylish, high-quality press-on nails and create a fun, hands-on shopping experience for our customers. If you're confident talking to people, enjoy sales, and are motivated by earning based on your performance, this could be a great fit. We are currently hiring for both Sales Associates and Sales Manager positions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident way Demonstrate GlamTouch products and help customers find the perfect nail styles Build excitement around our products and close sales Upsell products, bundles, and special offers Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk Help create a positive, high-energy environment Work toward individual and team sales goals Sales Managers will also help lead the sales team, coach employees, maintain strong sales performance, and assist with day-to-day kiosk operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching new people Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Dependable and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced mall environment Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Sales experience is preferred, but not required Management or leadership experience is preferred for Sales Manager candidates

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based sales position with additional bonuses and tips. Your earning potential is tied directly to your sales performance.
