Developing and maintaining a professional sales team Tracking and managing every prospect lead Managing the dealership's sales process Developing prospects for future business Managing used vehicle inventory including recon process, pricing and merchandising Providing exceptional customer service Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Build rapport with customers to establish customer network Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsREQUIREMENTS
