RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a leader and provide clear focus, direction, and accountability for the Sales team Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Build rapport with customers to establish customer network Provide ongoing training and support to the sales staff and assist in structuring and closing deals Manage and monitor productivity of the sales department to ensure volume and gross profit objectives are met Drive front-end gross profit through disciplined desk management and proper deal structuring Work closely with the Finance department to maximize overall deal profitability Maintain strong, professional relationships with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts Facilitate regular sales meetings and training sessions to promote continuous team growth Ensure all deals are structured within lender guidelines and dealership compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS
Dealership management experience Finance Manager experience preferred Experience working with subprime and special finance customers strongly preferred Proven ability to drive gross profit and manage deal structure effectively Must be passionate about training and developing sales associates within a team environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
