Job Description

Must have significant experience working for a new home builder! As a Sales Manager at Handler Homes, you will play a pivotal role in the success of by closely assisting potential buyers throughout their entire decision-making process, from the initial point of contact to the final settlement. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Model Home Showcase :

Present and showcase our model and quick-delivery homes to prospective buyers, emphasizing their unique features and advantages.

CRM Expertise :

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically Top Builder, to effectively manage and nurture client relationships.

Price Estimation and Contract Preparation :

Utilize Marksystems builder software for price estimation and the preparation of contracts, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Realtor and Lender Collaboration :

Collaborate with realtors and work in partnership with our preferred lenders to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.

Requirements :

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

New Home Sales Experience :

Proven experience in new home sales working directly for a new home builder.

Sales Acumen :

Strong sales techniques and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Tech Proficiency :

Proficiency in PC skills for communication, marketing, and sales contract preparation.

Smartphone Capability :

Access to a smartphone and the ability to promptly respond to sales inquiries are essential.

Weekend Availability :

Flexibility to work on weekends to accommodate the needs of our clients.
