We are a leading home health care provider delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes. Our mission is to build strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians to increase referrals and grow our business while improving patient outcomes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Clinical Liaison Sales professional to generate referrals, expand our territory, and promote our home health services. This role is all about building relationships, educating providers, and growing our business through strategic sales and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and discharge planners. Promote home health services, Medicare, and Private Duty Nursing to referral sources through presentations, in-services, and events. Identify new referral sources and actively grow the territory. Execute quarterly and annual business development plans to achieve growth targets. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality care. Track referral activity, territory performance, and provide input on market opportunities. Attend community and professional events to increase visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience; experience with skilled nursing, hospital, or DME sales preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills able to influence and educate referral sources. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state-specific home health regulations preferred. Ability to travel within assigned territory and attend meetings as needed.
