Job Description

Supply Partnerships Manager Confidential Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time $70,000
  • $90,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Sourcing Customer relationship building Research Telemarketing Customer interaction during outreach Full Job Description Who we are We're a B2B wholesale distributor of phones and tablets.
We sell to carriers, MVNOs, enterprise IT teams, hospitals, government agencies and resellers, anywhere from 100 to 10,000+ units at a time. We're growing and adding to the team that brings inventory in. This is a role for someone who wants to learn the secondary device market from people who've spent their careers in it, and get paid on the relationships they create. What you'd actually be doing Think of it as sales and purchasing at the same time. You'd be finding the companies and people who handle device inventory at scale, getting them on the phone, and building relationships that bring inventory to our warehouse on a regular basis. You won't be doing this blind. You'll get a clear playbook and a list of targets, and we'll work alongside you on pricing until you've got the feel for it. We take care of payment and logistics, so once you've made the connection, you're offering the other side a very easy deal. Your job is making the connection.
Day to day:
  • Researching and identifying potential supply partners, and reaching the right person even when there's no obvious way in.
  • Representing us in industry forums, buying groups and auctions.
  • Handling inbound requests from companies that want to sell us their devices: qualifying the lot, pricing it, closing it.
  • Building relationships that produce repeat business, not one-off deals.
  • Learning the secondary device market quickly, including how market dynamics move pricing.
What this job is not It's not procurement, and it's not a volume cold-calling job. The people who do well here think carefully about who is most likely to have what we're looking for, and go straight at them with a good question rather than a pitch. Who you probably are No device-industry experience needed. What we're looking for is proof that you're resourceful. Maybe you've done sales, business development, real estate, recruiting, or built something of your own. What matters is you've got real stories about getting a meeting with someone who had no reason to take it, and you can tell us exactly how you did it. You're persistent without being pushy. You'd rather ask a good question than launch into a pitch. You like being paid partly on results because you'd rather have upside than a ceiling. And you're the type who keeps digging until a name finally connects. Pay
  • Base of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
  • A lucrative commission structure tied to the channels you open, agreed in writing before you start.
  • Room to grow.
As the channels you build prove out, so does your base. How to apply Send a resume, plus three to five sentences about a door you got through that you had no business getting through. That answer matters more to us than your job titles.
