Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for identifying staffing needs, securing partnerships, and ensuring we deliver highly qualified medical professionals to our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excels in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with medical facilities to find and place top-tier healthcare talent. Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client staffing requirements are met efficiently. Track and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Stay up to date on healthcare staffing trends, regulations, and competitor activity. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in healthcare staffing or a related field. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical staffing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
