$68,000-$72,000 annually Monthly and quarterly commission opportunities Additional performance-based incentives tied to occupancy and move-in goals Position Summary The Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy growth and maintain strong community relationships. This role focuses on generating leads, conducting tours, building referral partnerships, coordinating move-ins, and creating strategic marketing initiatives that support the community's census goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute the community's annual sales and marketing plan Maintain and grow occupancy through effective lead management and relationship-building Conduct community tours, sales presentations, and follow-up activities with prospective residents and families Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations Develop and participate in outreach programs, networking events, and community marketing initiatives Coordinate advertising, public relations, newsletters, social media, and other marketing efforts Monitor and manage lead generation, conversion metrics, and occupancy goals Oversee the move-in process to ensure a positive experience for residents and families Assist with budget development, forecasting, and departmental planning Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to improve results Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Promote positive public awareness and strengthen the community's reputation in the local market Perform other duties as assigned Leadership Responsibilities Report directly to the Executive Director Provide leadership and direction for sales and marketing initiatives Exercise independent judgment while supporting occupancy and revenue goals Collaborate with community leadership to drive overall success Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of three (3) years of sales, marketing, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and lead management preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required Ability to travel locally for networking, outreach, and marketing events Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout the community throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 15 pounds without assistance Benefits Competitive salary plus commission opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Apply Today If you are passionate about helping seniors, building meaningful relationships, and driving occupancy growth, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Greenwood Place Senior Living team.
