DISTRICT MANAGER!

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven District Manager to lead operations, develop high-performing teams, standardize processes, and drive results across multiple locations. Responsibilities Executive Reporting:

Report directly to the Board of Directors and Country Manager, presenting strategic insights, expansion readiness, and operational/financial KPIs (revenue, average ticket, cost of goods, waste, and store P&L).

Supply Chain & Operations:

Organize and optimize the store's supply chain and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and readiness for multi-store distribution.

Team Management & Expansion:

Manage current teams while building a leadership pipeline for new stores. Conduct recruitment, selection, staff onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans across multiple locations.

Store Management:

Plan, supervise, and oversee all daily activities (sales, costs, and customer service), ensuring compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.

Strategy Execution:

Cascade meetings and strategic alignments to the team, implementing actions to achieve sales and productivity targets scalable to future stores.

Administration:

Oversee employee schedules, manage personnel records, and ensure optimal labor planning. Minimum Requirements KPI management (sales, COGS, P&L, productivity, absenteeism); Stock control and inventory management; Cost management and budget control; Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (includes weekends/holidays).

Physical Endurance:

Standing and walking for extended periods, maintaining energy and efficiency throughout long shifts.

Manual Dexterity:

Comfort interacting with systems (POS, self-service kiosks) and handling kitchen/cleaning tools safely. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
