Our team is looking for an MRO Sales Manager to join them. You will report to the MRO Commercial Director and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL . To be considered for the MRO Sales Manager opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in the Commercial Aerospace MRO industry.
• Proven experience in technical sales, or an equivalent role working with demanding customers while driving top-line growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage senior-level clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of aerospace component repair processes and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365.
• A proactive, accountable mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets. As an MRO Sales Manager , you will:
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to boost organic sales with key partners and customers in the aerospace MRO sector.
• Maintain a sharp focus on converting quotes and sales campaigns into confirmed orders.
• Cultivate and expand senior-level business relationships with existing and prospective target customers.
• Leverage CRM tools to effectively monitor and manage your sales pipeline and opportunities.
• Proactively drive sales growth in a high-profile territory, owning full accountability for meeting annual performance targets
• Exhibit a results-oriented mindset to deliver measurable sales outcomes and sustained business growth.
• Analyze and utilize historical sales data and other sources to identify new leads.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Service staff, and internal stakeholders to articulate and present compelling sales strategies.
