We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in multifamily water conservation, utility management, submetering, or utility billing who can help us both evaluate properties and grow the business. What You'll Do Analyze multifamily properties to identify water-saving opportunities and potential cost reductions Review historical water bills, consumption, unit counts, occupancy, and other property data Calculate potential savings and ROI from installing submeters and implementing water-conservation measures Understand how water and sewer charges are calculated and how consumption translates into property expenses Help identify abnormal usage, leaks, and other sources of water loss Prepare simple, compelling savings analyses and proposals for apartment owners Explain the financial benefits of our solution to owners, asset managers, and property managers Prospect for new multifamily clients through calls, emails, networking, and industry relationships Manage opportunities from initial conversation through proposal and closing Help us refine our product offering, pricing, sales process, and overall go-to-market strategy Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has previous experience with a water conservation, submetering, utility billing, or multifamily utility management company . You should understand both the technical/financial side of water usage and the commercial side of selling to multifamily owners. Experience with companies providing submetering, RUBS/utility billing, leak detection, water conservation, or multifamily utility management is especially valuable. Ideal Background 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong understanding of multifamily water and sewer expenses Experience analyzing water consumption and calculating potential savings Experience with submeters and/or utility billing Comfortable speaking with apartment owners, property managers, and asset managers Strong Excel and analytical skills Sales or business-development experience Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable helping build a new business from the ground up This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a major role in building a scalable multifamily water-management business.
