Job Description

Job description As Head of Marketing , you will own the strategy and execution that turns AFC into a recognized logistics leader, fueling real pipeline, bigger wins, and measurable revenue growth across trucking, brokerage, and leasing . This is not a "likes and clicks" role. It's a builder seat for a commercially minded marketer who loves partnering with sales, creating a repeatable demand engine in HubSpot, and launching content that earns attention in the market. If you want a role where your work directly shows up in the pipeline report and on the scoreboard, this is it. Mission Lead Marketing and build AFC's go-to-market engine to drive pipeline, strengthen brand, and increase revenue across trucking, brokerage, and leasing. What You'll Own Sales Support Equip sales with tools, messaging, and materials to close more deals Build core enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences) Pipeline Growth Generate qualified leads and sales-ready opportunities (not vanity metrics) Build campaigns that convert; measure, learn, and improve continuously Social and Content Build authority for AFC on LinkedIn and key industry channels Create content that supports sales conversations and positions AFC as a trusted logistics partner RevOps Alignment (HubSpot) Align marketing with sales using CRM workflows in HubSpot Own lead lifecycle definitions, attribution, funnel reporting, and handoff SLAs Brand Establish AFC as a leader in logistics through consistent positioning, messaging, and market presence What Success Looks Like More qualified pipeline Higher win rates and larger deal sizes Strong brand presence in the market Better alignment between marketing and sales (process, reporting, execution) Ideal Candidate 3-5 years in B2B marketing (logistics, SaaS, and/or services) Strong commercial mindset (revenue-first, not clicks-first) Experience partnering closely with sales teams Builder who can create systems from scratch (process, content engine, reporting, GTM rhythm) Base Salary depending on Experience Keywords eye-face-and-head logistics-and-procurement sales-growth brokerages hubspot route-to-market go-to-market sales-operations cabinet-construction-materials-hardware closemoredeals close-more-deals coupons-and-deals lead-quality revenue-operations-revops candidate-relationship-management crm customer-relationship-management-crm attribution reporting-and-disclosure adaptive-project-management-and-reporting b2b-marketing software-as-a-service-saas-based-accounting software-as-a-service-saas go-to-market-gtm-strategy
